Glenholt Community Market Traders Terms and Conditions
By paying the stall fee you accept the following terms and conditions:
1. The church hall will be available for set up from 9am on the day.
2. The market will run from 10am until 12.30pm
3. Payment of £8 per stall is due in advance by Bank Transfer – details are provided below.
4. It is appreciated if the trader can donate a gift to the raffle
5. A table approximately 6ft x 2ft will be provided although you may bring your own as long as the dimensions do not exceed the above dimensions.
6. The trader must have an in date current public liability insurance policy which insures against any third-party claims which may occur.
7. All accidents which involve injury must be reported to the Church as soon as possible
8. The trader shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought to the Church are tested under the usual regulations and be safe and in good working order. This includes PAT testing. Use of electrical appliances must be advised in advance and whilst we will do our utmost to provide a power supply, this is not guaranteed.
9. Any equipment failure that belongs to either the Church or the trader must be reported to the Church as soon as possible.
10. The trader shall indemnify the Church for the cost of repair to any part of the property of the Church in terms of either building or contents, fixed or unfixed.
11. The named or authorised person on the booking should be 18 years or over.
12. All doors are fire exits and must not be blocked.
13. No smoking is allowed on the premises.
14. Bickleigh PCC cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property on any part of the premises
15. On leaving the premises, please ensure tables and chairs are put away and all items of rubbish or waste are taken away with you
